Sole trader or personal tax returns, CGT returns
I can prepare your self assessment tax return and/or Capital Gains Tax return, and deal with HMRC on your behalf. I can also look into the best tax structure for you based on your circumstances. If you are self employed, we can discuss what additional services you might need such as payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping.

Accounts, tax and day-to-day bookkeeping
Keeping up with requirements for a company can be stressful. I can take care of your accounts and tax requirements, including day to day bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, annual accounts & tax return, and provide bespoke services such as budgeting and forecasting or provide tax advice on profit extraction.
Charities & Not-for-Profits
Annual Accounts and Independent Examinations
We can discuss the specific needs and annual requirements of your charity, which may include annual accounts preparation and an independent examination, as well as filings at Companies House if your charity is a registered company.
About Zip Accounting
Rachel qualified as a chartered accountant in 2012 and since then has worked in both industry and practice. She is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Zip Accounting was established at the end of 2023 with the goal of helping local individuals, businesses, and charities with their tax and accounting needs.
